About This Installation

My inspiration for this piece comes from my love of cartoons and funny characters. For example, the works of Jim Henson are a big influence on me. I hope to encourage visitors to snap pictures of friends and family inside the monster’s “mouth” and share them to social media. Please use the hashtags #ArtPathPals and #lansingartpath to share your photos! I see it as a fun way for visitors, especially children, to celebrate being outside while interacting with art, and help promote the River Trail, ArtPath, and Lansing.
